New overseas manufacturing base for solar products acquired by CNBM
On June 16, 2011, the Vice President of CNBM International Ms Liu and the CEO of Italian AFIN Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, the modules photovoltaic production firm Renergies Italia, controlled company of AFIN Group will provide solar product manufacturing services for CNBM International, which will become CNBM solar product manufacturing base in Italy.
Renergies Italia was established in Urbisaglia (MC) in 2005 as modules photovoltaic production firm. The 3000 sqm plant contains the newest and automated production lines which have a capacity of 70MWp per year.
