Product Overview

A rotary kiln is a large-scale thermal processing equipment widely used for calcination, roasting, drying, and high-temperature treatment of bulk materials.

The main body of the kiln is a slightly inclined rotating cylindrical shell. Driven by an electric motor, reducer, and gear transmission system, the kiln rotates at a controlled speed. Materials enter from the higher end of the kiln and gradually move toward the lower end while being continuously heated and tumbled during rotation. Through controlled temperature and residence time, materials complete processes such as decomposition, oxidation, reduction, and calcination before being discharged.
